Robert Heller is a Partner in CKC Consulting’s Forensics and Investigations practice in Dallas. Mr. Heller is a specialist in electronic discovery, electronic evidence preservation and analysis. Mr. Heller is an experienced testifying expert in computer forensics and an expert in the technology used by most federal law enforcement and military agencies to preserve, process and evaluate computer evidence. His practice includes electronic discovery, data recovery, incident response, data breach and computer forensic and litigation matters.
This presentation will explore Mr. Heller's experiences as an expert witness and investigator in complex cases involving electronic data and the disputes which arise from this data in a business and network environment.
