Clark Ross\n            Forensic Accountant\, VA OIG - Office of Investigations\n            \n\n            Tracy S. Clark Ross joined VA OIG in 2019 as a Forensic Accountant with the Southcentral Field Office in Dallas\, TX. Tracy graduated from Utica College in Utica\, New York\, and Northeastern Illinois University\, with a MBA in Fraud Management\, BS in Economic Crime Investigations\, and a BA in Psychology\, respectively. Since joining VA OIG\, Tracy has worked on several grant frauds\, education\, fiduciary\, foreign medical plans\, and SDVOSB fraud cases. Tracy's work with VA OIG Special Agents has resulted in several defendants' indictments\, guilty pleas\, and trials resulting in a guilty verdict.
